Okay, just to make sure that we're all reading from the same script, the event is for next weekend on the 27th. I just wanted to get the ducks in a row , so to speak.
We are pretty much set with filling the positions; Doug and I are tentatively set to get the van on Sat. morning. I haven't worked out disposal of the van post event, but I'm working on it.

This is how we stand :
Event Chair: That would be me Registration: 3 workers: Danielle, Jenn and Brett Tech: 2 workers: The Raymonds SSS 1 worker Alan DSSS 1worker; Doug Set-up and track layout workers; Pat, Alan, Richard H, Scott, Joseph s and Mettao S Getters of the Van: Doug and I will get the van on Friday evening or early Sat. morning and deliver it to the Domes. With donuts. If you can't make it on Sat. and you are scheduled to work (Track layout and Set Up and SSS) email me directly at rhautaniemi@gmail.com.
